In this wagyu experience, youll taste and check different cuts, and different preparations of the world famous Japanese A5 beef. Our supplier, Yoshizawa, is well known for its excellent selection of the best kuroge wagyu. Only female cattle is selected by this shop, and we only get the best cuts with the best rating. We are proud to serve more amount, better cooked and better quality than most of the restaurants in Tokyo, for what we consider a more fair price. Also, proper explanation from each cut and preparation is given, as it was a lesson.
