Fernando Mora began his career as a wind power engineer before transitioning into winemaking, later earning the prestigious Master of Wine (MW) title from the Institute of Masters of Wine. This distinction is held by only 384 individuals worldwide, including just six in Spain. Since 2013, he has been involved in producing distinctive wines at Bodegas Frontonio, where he has worked to revive ancient Aragonese Garnacha in regions with limited production infrastructure. In 2015, he launched a new project, Cuevas de Arom, in Campo de Borja, and also obtained the Diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). Today, Mora continues to lead these projects while actively engaging in wine consulting, tastings, and educational initiatives. His expertise and passion continue to make a significant impact on the global wine industry.

​Alfonso Fernández is widely recognized as a gastronomy expert, dedicated to showcasing the authentic flavors of Spain, its distinctive culinary characteristics, and the enjoyment of food. He is a member of the Andalusian Academy of Gastronomic Tourism, the Córdoba Sommelier Association, and holds a Level 3 Award with Distinction from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). He is also a certified member of the tasting panel of the FCCAA (Foundation for the Control and Certification of Andalusian Agri-Food Products). Over the past decades, he has actively contributed to promoting Spanish cuisine in countries around the world, including the United States, Mexico, Canada, China, Japan, Australia, France, Belgium, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Romania, and the Czech Republic.
